If, within 14 days of receiving the vehicle, you experience any technical issues or are not fully satisfied with the car, we offer a straightforward return process.
This return policy applies to classic cars purchased from Precision Motor Cars within 14 days of the transaction.
To return or exchange your asset, you must let us know before 5 PM PDT on the 14th calendar day after receiving your car, the purchase date will be considered as day 0.
If you encounter any mechanical or technical issues with the vehicle or are otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us. We'll work with you to ensure a smooth resolution.
Once the car is returned and the condition is verified, a full refund or exchange will be offered, based on your preference.
In a rejection case, the delivery back will be free. If the asset doesn't have any of the issues listed above, we will accept the return within 14 days.
Refunds are processed immediately but may take 1 – 3 days to show up in your account based on your bank.
